Welcome, it is nice to meet you! My name is Sundeep Dosanjh [Doh-saaaaanj].

I believe communication is at the core of what it means to be human. From our earliest experiences of being included or overlooked to the relationships we navigate as professionals, we are constantly shaped by how we connect with others. Those moments—both the painful and the powerful—have shaped how I show up today: with intention, empathy, and the understanding that while I can control my words and my delivery, I cannot control how they are received. That belief drives my commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued while advancing a profession that recognizes communication not just as a skill, but as a responsibility to one another.

Listening to someone’s story is one of the most powerful ways we create connection. It is how we move beyond assumptions and begin to understand the experiences that shape how people show up in the world. Every story carries moments of belonging, exclusion, growth, and resilience, and when we take the time to truly hear them, we create space for people to feel seen, valued, and understood. For me, it is not just about listening. It is about honoring those stories and letting them inform how I lead, communicate, and build community.
